Mesh Dishcloth Crochet Pattern

st - stitch

sl st - slip stitch

hdc - half double crochet

dc - double crochet

Pattern

Ch 30

Row 1 – dc in sixth ch from hook, * ch 1, skip 1 ch, dc in next st; repeat from * across, turn. (25 sts)

Row 2 - ch 3, hdc in 1st ch space, * ch 1, hdc in next ch space; repeat fron * across, turn. (25 sts)

Row 3 - ch 4, dc in 1st ch space, * ch 1, dc in next ch space; repeat from * across, turn. (25 sts)

Rows 4-15 - repeat rows 2 and 3. (25 sts)

Round 1 - ch 2, 2 hdc in 1st st, * hdc in ch space, hdc in next st; repeat from * across, 3 hdc in last st, repeat from * across, 3 hdc in last st, repeat from * across, 3 hdc in last st, repeat from * across, sl st in 1st hdc of round. Finish off. Weave in ends. (114 sts)

I’ve got some aran weight cotton left over, so will try this too as well as ordinary worsted weight yarn. Thanks. Great to have small projects to use up left-over yarn.
